It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and retains original exposed wooden beams and flagged floors throughout. The ground-floor sauna is a real standout feature perfect after a long day on the fells. Outgate sits quietly between Hawkshead and Ambleside. Hawkshead is a car-free village with cobbled streets just 1 mile away. Ambleside is 4 miles out. Grizedale Forest is close for cycling.
