Spanning the first and second floors, it sleeps four and offers stunning views of Lake Windermere and the fell landscape from the shared gardens. Note: this property does not have a hot tub.

The estate covers 51 acres of natural woodland with wildlife throughout. You can walk or cycle the grounds, picnic on the lake shore or use the private jetty to launch a dinghy, canoe or kayak. The shallow bay is safe for paddleboarding and swimming. Hawkshead and Ambleside are both under 3.5 miles away.

The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The super-king-size bedroom on the first floor has an en-suite shower room with WC. The twin bedroom on the second floor has direct access to a bathroom with a double-ended bath and walk-in shower. The twin can convert to a super-king on request.

Loughrigg Fell is a short drive away. Hill Top (Beatrix Potter's home) and Haverthwaite Steam Railway are both within 15 miles. Scafell Pike and Helvellyn are also within 15 miles for serious walkers.
