I had a lovely week at Redshank with my dog Otis. There was everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was really well equipped and the welcome pack helped us to settle in really well on our first night and feel welcome. The property is in an ideal location for exploring the coastline beaches of the county which is basically what we came for primarily.

Wonderful stay at Redshank. We chose the property for its location and it didnt disappoint. The property is comfortable and spacious for a family of three and perfectly appointed. The availability of parking at the back of the property was appreciated.

Redshank is very clean comfortable home from home. Location is brilliant, 2 minutes from harbour and shops. Everything you need is available. The welcome pack was nice, although I'm not a wine drinker, the fact they have thought of it was amazing, even treats for my dog. Would say handles on the bath would be a help. Fantastic stay and would recommend to everyone.

This is a lovely property in a great position just behind the harbour. It is beautifully furnished and very comfortable.Also convenient for all amenities such as shops and places to eat.The harbour is a stones throw away with all that it offers.Even our little dog was catered for in every way.So welcoming.We cant wait to return next year.

A lovely house in a great location for the local Amble Cafes , restuarants , pubs and shops that are all within a 10 minute walk. The harbour area is a 5 minute walk away. Also excellent location for visiting all the wonderful places on the Northumberland coastline.

A really lovely holiday home, clean and comfortable with everything necessary provided plus there was safe parking at the rear of the property. The welcome package was much appreciated. I would recommend this property to anyone, it is well positioned for local shops, the harbour and there were nearby bus stops to places such as Warkworth & Alnwick etc. Would definitely stay again.

We have been coming to Amble for at least 10 years and this is one of the nicest properties we have stayed in. The property was absolutely gorgeous. It felt like walking into a home, it was cosy and comfortable and very well equipped with everything you could possibly want. I must mention the wonderful bath sheets, fluffy and soft! The welcome pack was much appreciated. The owners were very helpful when we contacted them prior to the stay. The location was perfect, a few minutes walk to the high street and harbour. The beaches were close by, brilliant for dogs! We would truly recommend Redshank for a relaxed stay.

This is a well appointed property in a super location from which to explore the beautiful coastline. We ate out several times and found the local eateries to be of a high standard. The owners very helpfully informed us when the property was available for early access. With the heating being off for the summer period we found the house somewhat chilly but werent in enough to use the log burner. A more instant source of heat in the living room would be useful.

This was a perfect break for us ! The cottage was immaculate and welcoming. It was in a perfect location and in walking distance to many amenities including boat trips , restaurants , pubs, dog walks , beaches , pharmacies and shops . When we had a small issue with the tv not coming on I called the owner who immediately contacted the housekeepers . Within 5 minutes he had arrived and changed the batteries in the remote control. We found Redshank to be a beautiful holiday home that was equipped with everything you could need for your stay. We only booked a short break but the little touches made us feel very welcome. The location of the house was handy for the shops and the harbour area. We walked to the Harbour Inn one day and Id highly recommend this pub for food & drinks. It has a dog friendly section which was ideal for us.

Loved staying here ! Everything was spot on . Well equipped for a self catering stay . If I had to nit pick , the pizza tray is too big for the oven , so the oven door wouldn't close , just cut the pizza in half , problem solved. Would definitely book Redshank again if I was returning to Amble. Up to press , it is the best accommodation, that we have stayed in so far. 10 out of 10

Really lovely cottage, perfect location for the town, restaurants, cafes and beaches. Little extras left by the hosts were much appreciated.
