Kenneth
Lovely Lodge spotlessly clean. A lovely welcome pack plus fresh flowers was much appreciated. The Lodge was spacious & comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed for self catering. It is in a quiet location very peaceful ideal for a restful holiday and with a bonus of the sea view. Hope to return in the future.
Ursula
Everything was perfect. The lodge is situated in a parklike Garden, very quiet, beautifully furnished with a marvellous view of the sea and the Garden. It has everything what you need for a wonderful Holiday
Nice quiet location, the ensuite was a little on the cosy side, the only negatives were an over complicated cooker, small microwave and no airfryer. Would return if visiting the area again.
Lovely property, well stocked with necessities as well as nice extras of toys and games for children of all ages! . Very friendly and helpful owner. Much appreciated Would choose this again if staying in the area another time
Christine
The property was beautiful, spacious, and well equipped. The surroundings were nice and quiet, but it was within easy reach of towns and coastal villages for days out. The lodge would have benefited from some airconditioning, the living area was very warm most days we were there.
Sea View Lodge was a lovely place to stay. Well equipped and very comfortable. Paul was a pleasure to deal with and provided excellent 'last yard' navigation instructions.
Gordon
Absolutely brilliant property. Sea View Lodge was warm, comfortable, in a great, peaceful location. It had everything that you could want. Needless to say, we had a great week. Paul was extremely helpful. All in all, a perfect week. Highly recommended.
We had a great week at Seaview Lodge. Lovely accommodation, fully equipped in a really nice peaceful setting close to Warkworth. Paul and Lisa were so helpful. Will definitely return on out next trip to Northumberland. Thank you
Stuart
The property is absolutely brilliant! It is spacious, clean & tidy. The facilities provided for every possible need. From modern appliances in the kitchen including the huge American fridge freezer to the dishwasher not to mention plenty of everyday essentials such as cutlery, plates, glasses etc. to the numerous DVDs & games to provide entertainment even on the wettest days. On arrival the welcome hamper is a particularly nice touch. The views are magnificent in a tranquil setting & Warkworth is only a short drive away. All in all a well designed & equipped holiday home in a stunning location.
Patricia
Great stay in a very comfortable lodge. Good location to see the north east. Good welcome pack which was much appreciated the lodge had everything you would need and the host was very helpful.
Was a great place as a base to visit Northumberland. Very peaceful and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here.
We loved the Lodge, could not fault any of it, lovely gesture of the welcome basket of treats which was a first. The lodge was easy to find, was on a lovely site and very quiet and suited us all well. We were a group of walkers so the bath was great for us to relax at the end of the hikes. Would recommend the lodge to family and friends.

We had a lovey stay, the cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. Down to washing up liquid, silver foil etc. The beds were very comfortable and the TV's in 2 of the bedrooms was an added bonus, we watched the Olympics with a cup 9f tea and got up at out leisure. The weather was kind, but had it not been there were puzzles games and dvd's. The TV's all had the facility fir Netflix and Amazon Prime too. We had a great stay and I highly recommend Seaview.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable holiday at Sea View Lodge. The facilities were very good and found the large fridge freezer very useful, in the warm weather. We were able to visit several National Trust sites in the nearby areas, as well as Holy Island. We felt the onsuite shower room was a little small and the decking along with the few steps is in need of maintenance, and the parking at the back a little inconvenient, while unloading and loading, on return the car during the drizzle. It was our first time, to stay at a lodge.
Elizabeth
Absolutely wonderful location, very peaceful & plenty of birdsong. Comfortable beds & well equipped kitchen. Great fridge for instant ice cubes! If there were a few things to point out it would be more comfortable outdoorgarden furniture. The decking balustrades are wobbly with peeling paint, and the wooden steps to the main door may need replacing before too long. Apart from that, it is a fantastic lodge with a lovely welcome pack.
Frieda
Sea View Lodge was very clean and comfortable. Contact with Paul was easy and checking out made positive for us. Only negative for us was that we had to dispose of all general waste ourselves but enough posibilities within driving distance. We will certainly come back if we go to Northumberland again!
We had a brilliant week at Seaview Lodge, which was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and so well equipped. Its location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area a lovely blend of countryside and seaside. Would thoroughly recommend!
Stephen

There was everything you could need for a perfect stay and it was all of a very good quality. The area had lots of lovely and interesting places to visit. We would definitely return here if we came back to Northumberland. The welcome pack was a really nice surprise, thank you.
Rebecca
Excellent property. Everything you could want and nicely maintained. Lovely peaceful location. We will definitely come back here.
We really enjoyed our week at sea view lodge, the property was comfortable in a great location. Warkworth was a lovely town with both castle and beach and Alnmouth was a wonderful village by the sea .
We found Sea View Lodge to be idea for our family. The lodge is very well equipped, and immaculately clean. Easy communication with the owner. Lots of information in the lodge about the area and things to do. The welcome goodies were a lovely touch. We would definitely go back.
Lesley
Sea View Lodge was a superb place to stay with all the comforts of home. Everything was provided for and the kitchen was very well equipped. The lounge area was spacious and comfortable. It was a beautiful property to stay in. The welcome pack, including flowers was also very much appreciated. Thank you Paul.
I would like more hand towels in the bathrooms. One towel for 2 people is not enough for a week. Also a hand towel in the kitchen is useful luckily I took my own. Overall though it is a lovely, clean environment and the pots, pans, crockery etc were nice and clean. The weather wasn't conducive to spending time in the garden but it is a very nice space,as is the conservatory. We enjoyed our stay!
Cheryl
Absolutely brilliant holiday home. I contacted Paul, the owner, 48 hours before setting off on our holiday and he was very friendly, very helpful and all instructions were accurate. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous, in a lovely garden with a beautiful immaculate interior. The beds were so comfortable, with plenty of pillows and the duvets were very warm. The home has everything anyone could wish for and is spotlessly clean, there was a lovely welcome pack and lots of information about the area too. We would definitely come back again to Sea View in the future. Would recommend it to anyone.
Very comfortable well equipped property. Lovely childrens bedroom. The ensuite bathroom was very small but the shower was good, just not much room to move around. Nice conservatory with books and games and the welcome pack was brilliant. Plenty of beaches to visit but we struggled with really awful weather and there weren't a lot of indoor places to visit locally. Would like to return in the summer.
It was a stunning property. Contact with Paul, the owner, was timely in replies and very helpful and friendly. The property was immaculate, comfortable and welcoming. Lovely welcome gifts with milk for a well needed tea and coffee on arrival. The grounds were lovely, views beautiful especially looking towards the sea at the sunrise and star gazing too. Adequate parking for 2 cars right next to property. We had to put the heating on as it got chilly but the lodge was toasty warm within half an hour to have to turn it back off!! Everything we needed was there we did not want for anything. Great range of DVD's and board games which came in very handy as we were there during storm Babet so we were more than happy safe and cosy in the lodge. The lodge was superbly insulated so was extremely quiet even with the extreme weather occurring outside. Comfy furniture, spacious and felt like it was home from home. We were 4 adults and a 7 year old with lots of space. Beautiful could not recommend enough. Thank you so much for our perfect stay.
Adrian
A fantastic well appointed lodge with plenty of space loved the open plan kitchendinerlounge. Communication with owner prior to stay was spot on & extremely helpful, the welcome pack was amazing.
Heather
Lovely spacious lodge in a peaceful area . Everything you could need. Tasteful decor with lovely seaside theme. Highly recommend.
Kainde
Superb! A really comfortable wellequipped cottage in a great location. There were lots of board games for our kids to play with on rainy days, as well as space for them to run around outside. They loved having their own room with special dinosaur bedding too. Really close to a spectacular beach Warkworth and a short drive from all of the activities the area has to offer. We had a great holiday!
Valerie
Perfectly appointed property with generous provision especially regarding kitchen utensils and crockery which enabled us to make the best of our time away. The interior was also very suitable for our mother who needs to use a trolley to help her mobility for independence, she did find it more difficult accessing the exterior maybe some additional handrails along the path? However we had a brilliant time, thank you.
Excellent accommodation very clean, with all the comforts of home and a generous welcome pack on arrival. Lodge is located conveniently for exploring Northumberland's coastal towns & villages and lots of fantastic and virtually empty! beaches. Train station at Hipsburn Alnmouth about 10 minutes from the lodge gives easy access to Newcastle about 30 minutes and Edinburgh about an hour. Probably one of the best selfcatering properties we've used in the last 20 years!
This is a really lovely property in a very quiet location. The owner was very approachable and friendly, with good communication before and during our holiday. The lodge was well appointed, warm and clean. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of storage space. The ensuite is small, but perfectly formed. There were games, books and DVDs aplenty. Plus you really do have a sea view! The lodge was close to a good beach and lots of sightseeing was just a drive away. Thankyou.
Anstey
Immaculate, comfortable home in beautiful setting, all within easy access to Northumberland's beautiful towns and villages.
Extremely comfortable lodge, exceptionally well maintained with plenty of equipment and cleaning products, if you needed them. The lodge was very clean. Thought has gone in to the layout of the furniture, mirrors, hairdryer etc and it feels like home rather than a holiday let. Having a TV in 2 of the bedrooms was a surprise we didn't use them but a nice touch if weather poor or mixed ages of party. WiFi worked well. Location is good for touring around and drive down to very pretty Warkworth is only a short distance offering places to eat, the castle, fantastic beach and river walks. A week was not long enough for us.
Great place to stay. Well situated. Lovely accomodation well looked after, all mod cons. Plenty of places to visit, well within driving distance. Would definitely stay here again.
Can't fault Lodge , bigger and better than expected, enjoyed stay in comfort, would be able to live in something like this .
Excellent lodge finished to a lovely comfortable standard and containing everything needed. Nice quiet location but close enough to the attractions the area has to offer.
Very comfortable for all our party. Well appointed throughout. In a good location near all attractions sea, artless, countrysides and a nearby wildlife park.
Carolyn
Overall excellent accommodation set in the quiet Northumbrian countryside, close to the quaint village of Warkworth with its castle and beautiful beach. A bit further afield, but not too far away are Alnwick, Amble and Morpeth. The property has all the comforts of home with dishwasher, washing machine and American fridge. The owner is accommodating and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
Absolutely fab lodge with everything you could possibly want. Up to date kitchen with American style fridge freezer. Bathrooms are state of the art. Excellent decor. Lovely welcome gift including flowers. The area is peaceful with lots of places to visit. We ordered food for delivery from Tesco. There's a Morrisons not far away. Owner very helpful. Rang him day before & were given specific instructions as to how to locate lodge. Totally recommend this lodge
