A tardis of a property - far more spacious than it appears from the outside. Clearly a lot of thought and care has gone into this property - we particularly loved the sunroof in the kitchen. The decor was very tasteful and the bedrooms were extremely comfortable. All was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Arriving just as Storm Amy was hitting we appreciated the fact that the heating was on! The welcome basket was generous and fought over! We has a brilliant holiday.

We have just got back from Grace cottage, it was absolutely perfect, tastefully decorated, open plan downstairs, great well equipped kitchen, with a really good welcome basket, upstairs two lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms. The cottage was cozy, clean and very comfortable, Just a few minutes walk from the harbour, lots of places to eat out or takeaway, we highly recommend Amble for a visit, great location

Perfect location, steps away from the harbour and in a prime position for visiting all the local areas and sights that Northumberland has to offer.

The cottage was perfect for our base for a week exploring the Northumberland Coast. A 2 min walk to the harbour which was lovely to walk along the pier and beach rocks (low tide) in the evenings. Amble is a lovely place and not touristy (that youâ??d notice). The cottage was so well equipped, everything we needed, spacious open plan downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. Two bathrooms was a bonus. Very nicely decorated inside. We were concerned about street parking but it wasnâ??t an issue at all. Sometimes we got right outside and other times we were a few doors down which was no problem. This was in August too so donâ??t let street parking put you off. This is a fab cottage.

Very well equipped house and amazingly fresh and clean with lovely courtyard to sit in. So well situated once you get your bearings. Walked to Warkworth, super lunch at the pub in High Street and Low Hauxley, the latter along the coast on a glorious day and had lunch at the Nature reserve. Ideally situated for trips out and plenty of places to eat in town and harbour area. Everyone is sooo friendly. We actually parked on the road to the side of the terrace by some disused garages. This left neighbours there parking spaces . We did purely out of courtesy to not form any complaints !

Excellent cottage and location for resort centre. Well equipped with everything that you could possibly need. We were caught on Sunday evening for places to eat but can recommend the Taj Majal in the resort centre.

This property was the best equipped cottage we have stayed in. We felt welcome as nsoonas we opened the front door. There was a superb welcoming pack and the property contained everything the holidaymaker needs. The beds were comfortable and the en suite facilities were excellent. The weather was poor for much of our stay but the property was such that we were happy to spend much of our time indoors reading. We can't recommend Grace cottage too highly. We hope to return.The

This review is going to sound SO good that you may doubt that it is real. Have no fear, this property and it's location in beautiful Amble are almost impossible to criticise at any level. The property has undergone recent improvements and upgrades to a very high standard. Spacious, impeccably decorated and super-well equipped. Amble is every bit as friendly as it's marketing blurb claims. Stunning fresh fish (straight off the boat), seafood restaurants to die for, and do visit the 'Mad Jam Woman'. Great local wild birdlife and walks along the river (with a sculpture trail!). Difficult to find the words really, so I'll simply say a sincere 'Than You!'.

An extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped house with a very helpful host. It was walking distance from the beautiful Amble harbour area which has good food and drink facilities. Within easy reach of beautiful beaches both north and south and fantastic castles, gardens and wildlife areas.
