Donâ??t think twice about booking this property. Great location for access to everything, and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay special. We shall be recommending this to friends who want to enjoy a coastal break away.

A great house with everything we needed. Host was very helpful and quick to help when needed. House and garden were spacious and most areas were clean. New equipment in the kitchen was appreciated by us as a family as we cook most meals. Garden and close proximity to the beach was fantastic. We will return

Great holiday home in a fantastic location. Beach very close. Recommend the Royal hotel just up the road for food and drink. Very handy to Cromer, Happisburgh and Wroxham.

Lovely cottage, have stayed many times. Homely and comfortable and with everything you need. Very short walk to the unspoilt beach and village. Easy drive to other seaside towns and attractions. Felbrigg Hall, Sheringham shops and railway, Cromer, and further away, Holkham Hall and Sandringham, all worth a visit.

The cottage was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The furnishings and decor were really lovely. Very nice bathrooms and bedding. The open kitchen worked well with a lovely large table which was great for meals and games. Loved the welcome pack. The location was absolutely perfect for beaches, pubs, cafes and the village centre. Everything was easily accessible. We had two happy dogs who loved the safe garden and access to the dog/friendly beach.

The house was a great location for the beach. It was well equipped, very clean and comfortable with lots of technology. We really appreciated the toys and games that were in the house.

Delightful house, spotlessly clean and very comfy. Nice sandy beach and the sea rated Blue so safe to swim.

We booked Bramble Cottage to celebrate our Golden Wedding. We were a party of 8, us our daughter, son in law and teenage grandchildren. The cottage was a WOW. We enjoyed every minute of it. It was comfortable, spotlessly clean and there was anything you might need for a week away, it was like staying in someone's home. The kitchen had everything you might need and more. The area was lovely and we walked to the bakers each morning. We were so near the beach that we all went for walks. The beds were very comfortable. I cannot pin point anything particularly as everything was perfect for us. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Loved the house and garden, spacious and well set out. The garden was secure and safe for our baby granddaughter and five year old grandson. Also secure for our dogs, one of whom is an escapologist!! So well done!!

This was a fabulous holiday home, for a family weekend away. The 3 dogs and the 5 humans all had a very comfortable weekend at Bramble cottage. The house was very well equipped, and had plenty of space for us all. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, and the garden was enclosed, so all good for the dogs. The local pub was again a short walk, and served good food. All in all we had a lovely weekend at Bramble Cottage, and shall be returning again.

Great property beautiful and great location

We had a lovely time at the cottage. Lots of facilities and a very comfortable stay. The location was great and the cottage was spacious with everything you could need, home from home. Comfy beds and a great place to stay

Lovely spacious property, well situated to visit the nearby beach, pub & local area. Kitchen is well equipped, nice big fridge. Comfortable living room and bedrooms were all cosy and clean. Luxury bathrooms and extra downstairs toilet very handy. The whole house is tastefully decorated creating a lovely calm feel. Would highly reccomend.

A fantastic roomy cottage with a large garden. We all cook and there was plenty of equipment to use. It was a short walk to the beach and we benefitted from the great weather. The dogs loved the garden finding the shade when the sun was out. We all slept well. we visited The Ship on our last night and had an enjoyable meal. It was so good for us as an extended family that we have booked to stay next year.

A fantastic holiday was appreciated by all, even the weather was superb.

Absolutely fantastic week at Bramble Cottage with the family. Everything you could need is provided. Perfect location. The house was spotlessly clean. The welcome hamper was very much appreciated.We look forward to returning in the future. Can highly recommend for a wonderful holiday. Beach walks are a stroll away.

Absolutely fantastic location and great for the dog friendly beach within 5 mins walk. The Cottage lived up to the description in the brochure. It was clean and very comfortable, particularly the beds. We had a great time and will be back !

This house was everything youâ??d need. Beautifully decorated, all equipment/facilities you need for a home from home. The beds were incredibly comfortable we were all checking the mattress labels so we can buy them ourselves! We will definatly be back in the future.
