Little Shore Reviews

Julie
This is just a lovely place!! The house has been so well thought out in design to appreciate the spectacular views through the large, picture windows! The kitchen is very well equipped with great appliances & the decoration is lovely. Itâ??s 5 minutes walk away from Amble centre but feels very private as it overlooks the beach, sea & jetty. Itâ??s great just sitting in the window & watching the dogs playing on the beach. Had a fabulous time & will definitely be back!
Dawn
Absolutely beautiful cottage, with amazing
Julie
Lovely well set out cottage, would highly recommend unless the funfair was on site! Luckily only had to endure 2 days or would have gone home early.
Elizabeth
A lovely cottage with a fantastic view from the front windows. Very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you need. Having a downstairs toilet is a bonus for the less able. I can't wait to go back.
Kevin
Little Shore is a gem, fantastic location, wonderful views, clean, well maintained, and very well equipped. We stayed in July and never had any problems parking in the road outside and didnâ??t block out the view.
Richard
Beautiful cottage with amazing views
Alan
The first impressions on entering the house was excellent. Neat tidy and clean.. Garden was a great bonus, view was fantastic, location to the beac. Amazing..
Anne
We were very annoyed that we were not told about the fair ground which was very noisy for the whole week. We went on holiday for peace and quiet and did not get that. We feel we should have been told in advance about the fair ground. We would not have booked that week. We have written to you about this and not had a reply. There was only part used toilet rolls and no spare ones. The frying pan needed replacing and some cooking utensils also needed replacing. Couldnâ??t find any bin bags.
Alison
A lovely cottage that has been well and sympathetically modernised. All mod-cons are there, the living room is comfortable to sit in, beds very comfortable and bathroom excellent (we also appreciated the downstairs toilet !). We enjoyed watching all that goes on though the picture window at the front - dogs of all shapes and sizes being walked, people playing on the beach and as we had unusually good weather, people swimming! Amble was a delightful place to visit : suitable for visitors but not taken over by modern tourist attractions . Recommend the Alliance fish shop at the harbour, we brought a cool bin back full of fish from them that we froze at the cottage. Pleased to say that an issue with the shower was dealt with very promptly i.e. during the morning that we reported it and while we were out.
Mervyn
Great location and a clean and comfortable cottage
Christine
One of best cottages weâ??ve stayed in. Excellent location and lovely views.
Jane
A lovely place in a lovely town. We will definitely be back!
Marie Louise
Beautiful views. Lovely spacious accommodation and very modern kitchen. Didn't want to leave.
Jackie
Nicely modernised cottage in a peaceful location overlooking the beach. Very comfortable beds and sofa, kitchen well equipped and very clean. Excellent bathroom. The parking space was unusable as there is no drop down kerb and was too small even for our mini. There were no smoke detectors in the cottage. Apart from these issues we had a great stay here.
Tina
Wonderful cottage, top notch. If we are up this way again will definitely book.
Linda
