The house is very comfortable, warms up quickly and is just a short walk from shops and the harbour. Its a pleasant quiet neighbourhood, with a bus stop 5 minutes away and a good bus service. The little patio at the back is very pretty and private, and we could sit in the sun late afternoon. We would definitely go back. thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coquet Cottage. Thank you so much. The beds were really comfy, the kitchen was practical with good appliances and crockerypans. Tea, coffee and biscuits a lovely touch too. We appreciated the separate dining room and the overall space was roomy and definitely bigger than in the pictures! The only suggestion we could make is maybe some extra plug sockets on the landing or way of adding a nightlight for younger guests. The cottage is really close to the town centre, which made going to local shops including Morrisons, the harbour, the beach and takeaways very easy and walkable. Parking was easy outside the cottage. We felt very at home and would recommend to others.

Lovely cottage in a great position to explore Amble and Warkworth on foot. Everything you need for a self catering holiday, even things such as dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and toilet rolls were provided. Very clean and tidy with a welcome basket with biscuits, tea and coffee and lots of information on the pin boards or in the folders about the house and the local area. Would definitely come back to this cottage again.

This terraced cottage is surprisingly spacious and in a quiet area of Amble. Parking at the front of the property was never a problem. The cottage is comfortably furnished, we paticularly appreciated the wingback chairs which are perfect for those of us with back problems. The location is ideal, close to the shops and the seafront.

The only reason it didnt get a 5 review was the bedrooms could do with some blinds or blackout curtains in them as the streetlight shines directly into it. We had a lovely stay at coquet cottage despite the poor weather. The house was clean, nicely decorated and well maintained with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Amble is a lovely seaside town fishing port. There are plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants catering for every taste, although I found the fish restaurants expensive. Plenty of walking routes and a good Base To visit attractions in the area, there is a good bus service nearby if you want to leave the car. All in all a very good stay and would recommend.

Comfortable cottage in friendly town, I visit Northumberland every few months for a week of walking and this is the second time I have stayed in Amble. Its a friendly town with all amenities and some great walks and fabulous beaches close by. Coquet Cottage is a cosy well equipped base in a very quiet street a couple of minutes walk from the main high street.

Brilliant home, immaculately clean and very peaceful. ..we wanted for nothing. Recommebd to anyone for peace but is central for the NE coast attractions. Amble is cery friendky but a great selection of restaurants. Fish, very fresh, is a must at the port restaurants.

Lovely cottage on a residential street a stones throw from high street with food shops and eateries. Cottage interior bigger than it looks from outside, would sleep 5 comfortably but only 1 bathroom for a large family. Master bedroom great if you are flexible to squeeze past the bed frame

House was clean and well equipped with a good info pack. The huge wooden bed frame in the double room was much to big and we struggled to get between it and the fireplace to get into bed. A good location to visit all the lovely places in the area. We really enjoyed our short break
