Light and airy flat that is scrupulously clean and well presented Sandra and Paul are great hosts and leave a formidable welcome pack every time we have visited Lovely location for walking and visiting the Northumberland coast Would recommend
This was our second stay at Amble Watch this year and we can most definitely recommend this apartment. The facilities, decor and spaciousness of the accommodation are all excellent and the price charged for our week was very reasonable. The property is well situated within the town and though there is no dedicated parking we had no difficulty finding on street space within a very short distance.
We were made to feel very welcome at Amble Watch. The apartment was very tastefully decorated with everything we could want for our stay and was ideally situated in the midst of the beach, town and shops.
We enjoyed staying in the flat it had everything we needed in a good location.

Lovely apartment bright, spacious and clean. Very well equipped kitchen so suitable for longer stays. Excellent location with cafes, restaurants and harbourmarina all within walking distance. Perfect for exploring the beautiful Northumberland coastline. The owners are extremely helpful quick to respond to emails and went out of their way to ensure our holiday went smoothly. We had a fabulous five nights at Amble Watch and have no hesitation in recommending this property.

This the second time we have stayed here and looking forward to returning. The hosts Paul and Sandra make you feel really welcome. Amble Watch is a first class home from home. There are lots of little touches showing the care and thought that has gone into making this an excellent property. It is ideally located in Amble.
Lovely property, beautifully clean, comfy beds, all the instructions we needed. Others have mentioned the parking but we always got parked on the waste ground nearby or once on the main street available up to 10am and the main public car park is only a couple of minutes walk away. Unloading was possible very close to the property. We kept the windows slightly open so we did hear noise from people late at night and road sweepers & delivery lorries from about 6am, which is to be expected in such a central location access to shops and cafes and the harbour all within a few minutes walk.
The property is immaculate. Very spacious with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The property overlooks the main street, but is very quiet. It is only a few minutes walk from the harbour and is well appointed and very clean and tidy. Well worth a visit and Amble is an ideal place to explore this stretch of the Northumbrian coast as well as inland to Hadrian's Wall and other National Trust properties.
Lovely apartment, great location for local restaurants & bars. Very roomy, clean & tidy accommodation .
Stephen
We recently stayed at Amble Watch and it did not disappoint. Very clean, quiet, l and contained everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect too, right in the centre of Amble close to all the amenities. The harbour and beaches are just a short walk away. We will be back

Amble Watch is a superbly equipped flat. It is very well located for all facilities and the owners obviously take pride in running the flat
Our second stay at Amble Watch home from home! Very clean and comfortable with everything you need provided. All you need to bring is your food! Paul is very responsive to any queries and promptly resolved a slight issue we had. We look forward to returning for another stay.
Alison
Not stayed in Amble before, but areas around, and having stayed at this lovely property I'm sure we will again. So very spacious, spotlessly clean and tasteful decor. Tea, coffee and a welcome milk etc. when we arrived were just great. Owners contacted me before arrival to check if we had any questions too. Cannot recommend highly enough and always managed to secure a parking space nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
From the moment we opened the first door in the flat, we were knew we would not be dissapointed. The flat was lovely and clean, warm and with a welcome basket and our favourite bottle of Prosecco what a lovely welcome. We found Friday & Saturday night a bit noisy, but it was expected as we were in a flat in the centre which was a fantastic location. Amble is a lovely place to visit with many things to do and places to go. It has been ten years since we were there, but it certainly didnt disappoint. You will be impressed if you book this property. Thank you for sharing your property.
We would stay at Amble Watch again without exception. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's location was good and we were lucky to get parking near by every night. Perfect.
Stuart
The pictures do not do justice to this amazing property. When you walk in you can see the attention to detail which pictures can not show. The furniture and rooms are first class with little touches to make them special. Being in the centre of Amble everything is close to hand. Being on the edge of the town there are splendid walks close by. A special one is along the Braid to Warkworth. Visiting the marina on Sunday when the market is there is an experience. A big thank you to Paul and Sandra for excellent communications and a truly outstanding property. Our only complaint is we did not stop long enough. We will rectify this next year hopefully.
Fabulous apartment. Very spacious apart from the bathroom which is quite small. Fortunately it was a good week for my husband and I did not need to dry and dress him. Tiny washbasin not easy for him to wet shave so went to local barber. Very well kept and central to Amble.
WOW! This is an amazing property with so much attention to detail, including a fabulous welcome basket, an umbrella in the entrance hall, ice cubes in the freezer and even a shower cap! Everything has been finished to the highest standard, and the flat is modern, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen is very well appointed with all the expected modcons, as well as a pod coffee machine. The shower is fantastic powerful and with a ready supply of hot water The location is also excellent the flat is situated in the centre of the main town, with plentiful cafes, restaurants and takeaways, meaning that all meals from brunch to late night dinner were covered. Although very close to local amenities and shops, the flat was on a sidestreet, and the noise was minimal. Amble is a great place to visit, especially the puffin cruise... We cannot praise this property enough, and definitely intend to return in the near future.
Bernard
First class apartment, spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed for a trouble free stay. Just off Amble High Street, so handy for shops, pubs, the harbour and marina. But blissfully quiet at night. Also a great location for discovering the Northumbrian coast. We also took advantage of the nearby railway station at Alnemouth for a day in Edinburgh. Just an hour and 10 minutes each way with stunning coastal scenery. Lovely welcome basket on arrival. We may well be back!
I feared the worst when walking into the alleyway to access the property . All fears were dispelled when we got upstairs to the apartment,it is simply superb . Spacious and comfortable and exactly what we needed for a short break. The place was spotless with lots of lovely touches like the 3 wise monkeys and the Drink wine and judge people barstool near the window . Great stuff. It's in a perfect position in Amble , right on the main street and close to all amenities. It was only noisy for a short while on Friday evening at throwing out time , but along with that entertaining! Also Amble is well placed to visit lots of other towns . Our only regret is that we didn't have the time off work to stay a full week . Next time we will make sure we can. Many thanks to Paul and Sandra for the welcome pack too . Thank you both .
Brenda
Ideally situated , for access to Amble town centre and the coastal path. Thank you for your support and advice on everything to help make our holiday perfect. Amble Watch was immaculately clean & comfortable.
Excellent flat, well fitted out in a great location.
Amanda
The accommodation was perfect, nicely decorated and had all amenities required. Great location and good for local shops and restaurants. Only challenge was parking, there seemed to a severe lack of any parking around the back roads. A good tip is to park on the Main Street outside the property from 5pm until 10am. Parking restrictions for street was only between 9am and 5pm so thats what we did.
Lovely and clean, well appointed, spacious. Only downside for us was very small shared outside space with dog friendly house.
This is a fantastic property. It is of the highest quality and perfectly positioned for going out and about and exploring. We highly recommend it.
Judith
We loved Amble watch apartment. Was very spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Small problem with shower but was sorted quickly with a phone call to Paul the owner. Amble watch in a good position in Amble for shops restaurants and the harbour. Would definitely recommend. We hope to return.
The apartment exceeded expectations, even better in real life than in the photos. Everything was spotlessly clean and looked brand new. The bed in the larger bedroom the only one we used was large and extremely comfortable. Hopefully we will be back to stay again before too long.
Elizabeth
This is a lovely flat! It is very spacious and well equipped as well as spotlessly clean. Two double beds was a bonus that we were delighted with! Travelling as a two it is quite difficult to find a reasonably priced place with two doubles rather than one double and then single beds. My sister is eternally grateful
Robert
Immaculate and tastefully appointed and comfortable accommodation. Although accommodation on main street access and outlook was excellent. Owners welcome pack very welcome and tasty. We are very pleased to recommend Amble Watch and Amble town to anyone planning to visit our first time. Although no specific car parking as had been advised, plenty nearby parking loadingunloading no problem.
Lovely stay at Amble Watch, it was absolutely spotless, we have stayed in Amble quite a few times, however that has been with 7 people, but if we need another short break, just the three of us, we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back in the near future.
We were surprised by how quiet the place was considering it location. Would definitely go back
Amble Watch was the perfect base for our short break exploring the Northumberland coast. It was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Communication with the owners was excellent and they thoughtfully provided milk, wine and biscuits to welcome us. Amble is an interesting small town and we ate delicious and memorable meals at The Old Boathouse and The Fish Shack. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Maureen
A beautiful and well presented apartment in the centre of Amble. Everything we needed had been provided and the welcome tray was a bonus. A great base for exploring the area and we hope to return.
What a fabulous find! Lovely and clean, plenty of room and a nice welcoming bottle of wine and welcome pack. Ideal location only a few paces walk the the shops and a few minute walk to the harbour or the bus stop. Sandra and Paul were only a phone call away if any problem and would definitely recommend.
Amelia
Excellent location in the middle of town. No designated parking, but not a problem, plenty nearby. Smart, comfortable accommodation. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Would return, as we enjoyed our stay.
Gordon
Excellent property with modern facilities, kitchen well equipped, great smart tv and WiFi. Owners quick to respond to a minor problem, and very friendly. Great base for walking, beach and sites in Northumberland.
